This collaborative effort between Don Becker and Damian Siekonic examines the historical techniques of winemaking in the 18th and early 19th centuries by comparing those techniques to the scientific methods being used today. The 2009 harvest provided the fruit that were the focus of this book's efforts, and the resulting vintages were truly astounding. Now in its second printing.
